Laser head can move but does not emit laser,
Troubleshooting:
1 、 First step, check if the laser tube is cracked or damaged. If there are cracks, pls tell us directly, the following steps can be ignored.

2 、To pay attention to switches of power supply is turn on or off?

3. If you machine has open door protect system (limited sensor on the picture ) , check whether safety door sensor opening system is pressed if the cover opening protector is not closed, there will be a prompt on the display panel.

4、Next step, pls check whether the water chiller inlet and outlet are connected reversed, and whether pure water added doesn’t arrive the amount of pure water reaches the scale. The display panel will have an error alert prompt if less water.

5.Check whether connection of high-voltage line and low-voltage line of the laser tube is normally or not. and whether there is any falling off or poorly contact. Reconnect the high-voltage line and use insulating tape to seal it to prevent leakage. Correct connection is important.
6. If all the mentioned has been checked but still no laser comes out, we need to check whether there is an error message on the display panel. If there is a warning about the protection of the water chiller, you need to check whether the connection between the water inlet and outlet of the water cooler and the water-break protector have been stuck for a long time. (The water-cut protection fault Ruida panel will have a fault prompt)

7. If there is no prompt on the display panel, and no laser is emitted by pressing the Pulse button on the panel, we need to open the power distribution cabinet on the machine left side, press the forced laser light button of the laser power supply, and observe whether the ammeter pointer and color of emitting laser in the laser tube ( kindly note that pressing the laser Before the forced light-out button of the power supply, it must be ensured that the chiller is turned on and the pure water circulation is normal.)

8. If still no laser is emitted after forced pressing button of the laser power supply, use a multimeter to test the input voltage and output voltage of the laser power supply. If the input voltage and output voltage of the laser power supply both are quite normal, the laser tube may be damaged. Replace the new laser tube for another testing.
If the laser tube emits laser light by pressing the forced light button of the laser power supply, it is necessary to further check whether the connection of the signal control line between the laser power supply and the board is normal or not?
