Laser
A device that generates laser and is one of the cores of a handheld laser welding machine. Due to factors such as size and portability of handheld welding equipment, the laser power is usually not particularly large, generally between 1000-2000W. And because welding is for processing metal materials, the laser is usually a fiber laser that is more effective for metals.

Welding head
The part for emitting light and feeding wire. It is composed of a handheld grip, a reflector, a welding wire channel, and a nozzle. According to the different needs of processing technology, the welding head can also be equipped with different nozzles to adapt to different processing environments. The adjusted welding head can deal with hard-to-reach dead corners, corners, and fine seams. At the same time, most laser welding equipment has a cutting function. Similarly, only the nozzle or welding head needs to be replaced.

Control card
Also known as handheld welding control system or handheld welding control board card. Due� to its card box shape, it is commonly called a control card by practitioners. The biggest difference between the handheld laser welding control system and traditional welding is that it has an intelligent control system. Through the control system, operators can adjust various parameters such as laser power, focus, and swing direction. After setting, they can start welding operations. Even operators with no experience or insufficient experience can easily get started.

Cooler
Handheld laser welding mainly has two methods: air cooling and water cooling. At present, the mainstream solution on the market is water cooling. For water cooling, the cooling water needs to be checked and replaced regularly to ensure that the water tank is not polluted. The air-cooled handheld laser welding machine is a new technology emerging in the past two years. The main advantage is that the air-cooling system and the chassis can be integrated, the whole machine is integrated, and the portability is stronger. It can be carried out by hand and is suitable for outdoor operations.
