1. Preparation: Make sure that the power supply and cooling system of the laser cutting machine are working properly, check whether the cutting head and optical fiber of the cutting machine are clean, and prepare the materials to be cut. Set parameters: Set appropriate cutting parameters according to the type and thickness of the material to be cut. These parameters include laser power, cutting speed, gas flow, etc.

 

2. When arranging the mechanical cutting process, it should be determined according to the division of the processing stage, the selection of the benchmark and the priority of the processed surface. Generally, the following principles should be followed: ① Benchmark first, then others, that is, the surface used as the precision benchmark should be processed first, and then the other surfaces should be processed with the processed precision benchmark as the positioning benchmark.

 

3. The arrangement of the mechanical processing sequence should generally follow the following principles: The processing of the previous process cannot affect the positioning and clamping of the next process. Processes processed in the same installation method or using the same tool are best performed continuously to reduce errors caused by repositioning or tool change.

Why is there a micro-joint in laser co-edge priority?

The use of micro-joints can effectively avoid the lifting of workpieces caused by thermal deformation of the plate, improve the smoothness of laser cutting machine cutting and the service life of cutting nozzles and ceramic rings.

If micro-joints are automatically added when co-edge is used, check the option of using micro-joints on line segments. The distance to the boundary is the distance from the position of the micro-joint to the edge of the part. The width is to set the width of the micro-joint.

During the cutting process, the laser beam continuously cuts the material. When the laser beam approaches the notch position on the cutting path, the laser will control the laser beam to turn off or flash instantly, so that the material is disconnected and a notch is formed.
