Working Principle

• The laser power supply first pre-ignites the pulse xenon lamp, and discharges the pulse xenon lamp through the laser power supply, so that the xenon lamp generates light waves with a certain frequency and pulse width.

• The light wave irradiates the ND:YAG laser crystal through the focusing cavity, thereby exciting the ND: YAG laser crystal to generate laser.

• The laser then passes through the resonant cavity to generate a pulse laser with a wavelength of 1064nm.

• The laser is expanded, reflected (or transmitted through optical fiber), and focused, and then radiated to the surface of the workpiece, so that the workpiece is partially melted to achieve welding.
