*Aluminum Alloy Laser Head
We install laser head with RED POINTER and AUTO FOCUS, and with aluminum alloy adjustable laser head is lighter than others head, which can minimize the precision error when laser head moves.（Not all of them with electrical up down system or auto focus）

A highlight of our laser machine, we install high precious and quality inner liner module rails, compare with other rails ,all in one set, for long time working, not easy to get bend or shape change, much higher precision, and much faster speed, without noise when running

*RUIDA software
Ruida6445 control system widely used in our DW-1390 co2 laser cutter, powerful function and easy to operate. Dowin laser adopt the most stable newest version for each set machine. The powerful software has engraving and cutting functions, which ensures the fastest cutting speed and cutting accuracy when processing different materials.
*Electric Moving Table
For the lifting system, we use the world's leading and stainless steel ball screw lifting, the advantage is that the friction force is reduced and the accuracy is greatly improve. Although for a long working time, Precision can still be kept.
*S&A Brand Water Chiller
We equip the machine with famous brand S&A water chiller, CW-5200. Efficient water circulate refrigeration will effectively extend the service life of laser tubes and machines. Note: others always said they install CW300, CW5000 and CW5200, that is non-brand chiller, refrigeration and working time is weaker.
*Double Exhaust Pipes
Compared with other suppliers’ laser machines with only one exhaust pipe, Dowin brand laser machine equipped with two smoke pipes, to achieve the most efficient smoke exhaust, it provides users with a good working environment.
* Leadshine Motor & Driver
X Y axis install with Leadshine step motor and drivers, can keep machine working with high speed and precision.
*Safety door sensor.
Install safety door sensor, to protect the operators from injury well, generally, machine is super safe to operate, but absolutely avoid hurt, so we install safety door sensor for my clients.
*Tidy Circuit Connection
It is worth noting that our DW-1390 laser cutters all install Leadshine brand motor and dirvers( 573-phase stepper motors, and 3DM580 drivers), so as to ensure the working speed and precision for a long time. In addition, the power supply is installed independently to avoid electromagnetic interference.
